What's included in the monthly fee?
Webmaster support services include high-performance website hosting, ongoing software upgrades to ensure your website is always compatible with the latest browsers and security protocols, assistance with editing and adding content to your website, periodic design refreshes, and access to exclusive offers.
I don’t have photographs to use on my website. Can you help me?
We sure can. There’s nothing like original photographs to bring a website to life. We offer on-site photography services. And for clients who prefer to lower their initial investment, we provide helpful tutorials for capturing effective photographs on your own.
Will you write and translate the text for my website?
Copywriting the equivalent of 6 pages of text is included in the setup fee. Large, multilingual, or highly specialized websites may entail an additional fee. We’ll discuss this with you ahead of time.
I already have a website but I want a new design. Can you re-use my content?
If you already have high-resolution photos and great content, we may be able to use your existing website as a starting point for a re-design. Get in touch, and let’s take a closer look.
Will my website show up in Google search results?
Websites we produce are highly-optimized for search engine indexing. During the development phase, we’ll get to know your business and craft page titles and body copy that lend themselves to high rankings in search engine results. Many of our customers’ websites rank on page 1 of search results.
Will I be able to add content to my website after the launch?
Yes, you’ll have a secure login to your website’s back-end where you can add content. We’ll show you how to do typical updates, and you’ll also have access to a dedicated support specialist.
Can I sell products or services on my website?

Although an e-commerce module is not included, we invite you to contact us to discuss your needs. Integrating your website with a third-party shopping cart or reservations module may be an option.

What happens if I decide to cancel my monthly plan?
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time without penalty. Upon request, we’ll provide an export of website content in an industry-standard format to customers who have paid for at least 12 consecutive months of service.
